Support for Modbac grows

It has been a day full of emails, phone calls, and discussions with Heads and Principals. One thing is certain, the Modern Baccalaureate ("Modbac") is taking off, with several academies and schools already signed up. Designed to be inclusive, aspirational and personalised, it offers a challenging but accessible series of pathways for all students, catering for their individual interests, passions and learning styles. Over the next couple of weeks, the pilot group of schools and academies will be finalised, and we are looking forward to developing the award further with these colleagues. Into the top 100

Yesterday also saw the launch of our campaign for a more modern baccalaureate on the website 38 Degrees. At the start of the day, it was in (presumably) bottom place - 1300th in popularity. As I write this blog, our campaign has just snuck into the top 100 most popular campaigns - at 99th place, a rise of 1201 places in 24 hours. We obviously want it to go much higher, so that 38 Degrees will also lobby on our behalf. If you haven't already done so, please place your vote (you can place up to 3!) on the site.
